The platform
Actually DoesOne platform, whether you run a school, a college, a career and technical center, or an organization managing employee engagement through mentorship. The platform does not care what your building is called.
The part of the job nobody hired you for
What is identical in all three settings is the administrative load. You recruit students. You find mentors. You chase hours. You collect proof. You assemble a report. None of that work appears in anybody's job description, and all of it lands on a counselor, an instructor, or a program coordinator who already has a full day.
Menteeo is designed to run that sequence end to end, and hand back a record you can defend.
Students are registered to a cohort, grouped, and assigned a pathway. Roster changes happen in the platform, not across three versions of a spreadsheet.
A single roster that is always current.
Mentors are assigned by industry track, availability, and capacity, with a ceiling on how many mentees any one mentor carries. Every pairing is a governed relationship with a record attached.
Matches you can audit and reassign without losing the history.
Curriculum delivery, mentorship sessions, and season events all run in one place. Each lesson runs Learn, Apply, Reflect, and the mentor signs off on the reflection before the student advances.
The program runs without you chasing anyone.
Quizzes gate progression. Essays require approval. Hours are logged at the moment of interaction rather than reconstructed from memory at the end of the term.
A record built as it happens, not after the fact.
Participation, completion, and assessment data roll into dashboards you can put in front of a board, a funder, or a parent without a week of manual assembly.
A report that survives scrutiny.
Engagements are captured at the point they occur, which means the analytics are a byproduct of the program running rather than a separate reporting project.
No manual entry. No end-of-term reconstruction. No asking a mentor to remember what happened in March.
School, college, career and technical center, or the public side: the capabilities do not change. What changes is the view you open in the morning.
Counselor-level visibility across a whole cohort without adding an hour to anyone's day. See who is progressing, who has stalled, and where intervention is needed, before the term is over.
A structured, assessed pathway that sits alongside coursework rather than competing with it. Participation and completion data you can pull for internal reporting and grant documentation.
Industry-track mentorship mapped to the programs you already teach. Employer engagement tracked in the same system, tied to the same students, in the same record.
The fourth vantage point: the public side
Not everyone arrives through a school, a college, or an employer. Professionals can join Menteeo on their own as public mentors, and individuals who are part of no organization can join as public mentees, find them in the public directory, book sessions, and get the same governed mentorship. Public listings are visible to the public only, never inside a partner's cohort, so an organization's roster stays exactly the people you put there.
What a partnership includes
A Menteeo partnership is not a login and a handoff. It covers the setup, the governance, and the day-to-day operating work that a program needs to survive an audit and a change of staff.
The environment your cohort runs inside, stood up and maintained for you.
Full-scale integration with district Student Information Systems (SIS), baseline forensic data import, and complete environment configuration to ensure program-ready status on Day One.
Full platform access for your cohort, including digital portfolio tracking and student and parent dashboard entry.
High-availability infrastructure and immutable data backups to guarantee 99.9% uptime and permanent, secure records retention.
Ongoing system health monitoring, iterative architecture patching, and immediate technical resolution of any system-wide issues.
The layer that makes the record defensible long after the term ends.
A proprietary 10-layer governance, audit-proof kernel providing continuous compliance drift detection, automated risk assessment, and forensic integrity logging for every system interaction.
End-to-end management of MDE filing requirements, including automated hourly certifications and the creation of audit-ready documentation for state reporting.
Automated supervisory monitoring of all mentor-mentee interactions to ensure pedagogical alignment, FERPA-compliant communication, and strict adherence to district standards.
Advanced FERPA and IDEA governance frameworks, identity access management, and enterprise-grade encryption to protect student data at every touchpoint.
Reporting assembled and written by a Doctor of Education, so funder deliverables are framed against measurable outcomes rather than raw activity logs — narrative, evidence, and documentation packaged for submission.
Rigorous weekly data integrity deep-dives to ensure all student records and program logs are accurate, complete, and state-audit ready.
The work that normally lands on a counselor, an instructor, or a coordinator.
Comprehensive operational coordination, proactive parent and student support services, and dedicated program facilitation.
Real-time, granular tracking of student engagement logs, providing high-fidelity metrics on program participation, activity volume, and outcome attribution.
High-touch lifecycle support for corporate partners, including automated vetting, onboarding, policy monitoring, and regular performance reviews.
Dedicated business development strategy, partner retention consulting, and direct outreach to expand WBL opportunities and community connectivity.
